What’s Next for Team Meline?

Readers, we’re nearing the end of a school year which always means the beginning of something else. Over the past year, Team Meline has served as a space to invite educators, leaders, and community members to come together to focus on empowering teachers. Through our daily reflections, I hope you’ve felt encouraged on your journey.

While this has been a beautiful process for me, I know there is so much more we can do to cultivate community and empower educators! So here at Team Meline, that’s what we’re going to explore. Behind the scenes, we have so much in the works for the next steps of this organization. We have some amazing individuals officially joining our team, and we’re excited to put their skills and expertise to work! We have a lot to do, so our daily and weekly reflections will take a pause after May. 

As I’ve had the opportunity to connect with teachers, school leaders, and community organizers around the country, I’ve continued to hear the calls for support. Team Meline will be shifting its focus to answer a particular call. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months! In the meantime, my team and I are getting down to business. Next week, I’ll share our final reflections for the 2023-2024 school year and send you all off into summer! Have a wonderful weekend!
