Thank you for saying “No” to some things in order to protect your mind, body, and spirit.

Thank you for spending the extra thought and care into that lesson plan, that conversation, that letter of recommendation.

Thank you for the late nights ad early mornings.

Thank you for the missed lunch breaks.

Thank you for smiles when inside you felt tears.

Thank you for believing in your students and colleagues when they lost belief in themselves.

Thank you for your compliments, empowering words, and statements of truth.

Thank you for not giving up - even if the end of the year looks differently than you thought it would. You are still here. You have not given up.
