I Am Reflective

Pause.

All it takes is a moment to pause

To realize how beautiful the “little things” truly are.

Life is full of hard decisions and heartbreaking goodbyes,

Some expected and some not.

One does not know another’s journey,

But in one moment, the journey may be shifted.

So smile at a stranger.

Give hugs.

Tell others they are important.

Reflect on meaningful memories,

And let them inspire forward movement.

Remember, days are made to be lived to the fullest.

And life is made up of moments in which we pause.

May the Lord Bless You and Keep You:

Today, may you be given grace to pause.

May you reflect with gratitude on all you have been given.

May you take advantage of every opportunity to build up those around you.

May memories stir in your heart, blessing you beyond anticipation.

And may you live today to the fullest.
