A Season of Celebration

Our reflection theme for May is celebration. As we count down the remaining days and weeks of the school year, this is a meaningful season to reflect and celebrate.

How are you beginning your day today? You may not be feeling in a celebratory mood right now, and that’s okay. There may be lingering questions about the future. Perhaps the mental and physical exhaustion feels heavier than ever.

Or this new month may be inviting opportunities for fresh perspectives and excitement about summer approaching. Are you reflecting on all you’ve experienced this year - the joyful and challenging moments alike? Are there certain special memories that resurface as you think back on the past several months?

However you feel today, I invite you to begin your celebration journey by simply acknowledging that you are here. Through all the wins and all the “what-ifs,” you are doing the best you can with what you have. That is enough. Your value is not based on test scores, performance evaluations, or immaculate organizational systems. You are enough, and I’m glad you’re here.
