Pause.

Pause.

All it takes is a moment to pause,

To realize how beautiful the “little things” truly are.

Life is full of hard decisions and heartbreaking goodbyes,

Some expected and some not.

One does not know another’s journey,

But in one moment, the journey may be shifted.

So smile at a stranger.

Give hugs.

Tell others they are important.

Reflect on meaningful memories and let them inspire forward movement.

Remember that days are made to be lived to the fullest.

And life is made up of moments in which we pause.
