A Gratitude-Filled Life
“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” ~ John F Kennedy
We are nearing the end of our November theme: A Season of Inviting Gratitude. During this month, we have reflected on the importance of intentionally integrating a practice of thankfulness into daily routines. We have also explored how multi-faceted gratitude can be at times. Ultimately, I hope we’ve found that sharing appreciation brings people closer together. It is contagious and beautiful and life-giving.
As you have read some reflections or participated in answering our 30 Days of Gratitude prompts, how has this impacted you?
If you intentionally participated in thankfulness more than usual this month, how did that make you feel? Did you notice any subtle differences?
Are there any gratitude prompts that stuck out to you? For example, perhaps you had never considered what article of clothing you are thankful for and why.
Moving forward, how do you hope to invite gratitude to become a more consistent practice in your personal and professional life?
Thank you for joining me in this season. I have been blessed by reading your answers to these prompts on social media and seeing community members share important pieces of who they are with others. I am thankful for each and every one of you.
Day #30: Reflect on our journey of inviting gratitude this month. Share something you’re thankful for about this process.
