A Gratitude-Filled Life

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” ~ John F Kennedy

We are nearing the end of our November theme: A Season of Inviting Gratitude. During this month, we have reflected on the importance of intentionally integrating a practice of thankfulness into daily routines. We have also explored how multi-faceted gratitude can be at times. Ultimately, I hope we’ve found that sharing appreciation brings people closer together. It is contagious and beautiful and life-giving.

  • As you have read some reflections or participated in answering our 30 Days of Gratitude prompts, how has this impacted you?

  • If you intentionally participated in thankfulness more than usual this month, how did that make you feel? Did you notice any subtle differences?

  • Are there any gratitude prompts that stuck out to you? For example, perhaps you had never considered what article of clothing you are thankful for and why.

  • Moving forward, how do you hope to invite gratitude to become a more consistent practice in your personal and professional life?

Thank you for joining me in this season. I have been blessed by reading your answers to these prompts on social media and seeing community members share important pieces of who they are with others. I am thankful for each and every one of you.

Day #30: Reflect on our journey of inviting gratitude this month. Share something you’re thankful for about this process.
