Living Life
In the U.S., summer officially begins this week, according to most calendars. Whether school is still in session or not, I imagine everyone is feeling the summer vibes. Perhaps vacations are already underway or summer activities have started. I hope rest and relaxation have found their way into your days. For some of us though, this season may bring more business than we had anticipated. It may sound cliché, but sometimes I think we all need a reminder to pause, noticing how we are living this beautiful life. Let’s start noticing on a lighter note.
When was the last time you laughed? Really laughed?
Who were you with?
Do you remember what it was about?
Laughter is special and, oh so magical!
Living life fully is about sharing it too. Listening to others is incredibly powerful, showing value to others as well as widening our worldview in the process.
When was the last time you intentionally listened to someone?
Think of a memorable story someone shared with you recently.
What made it so memorable?
When was the last time you had a conversation that made you curious or shifted your perspective?
To live is to keep learning. As we embrace humanity and laugh with one another, as we value voices by listening to each other, and as we open our hearts and minds to new opportunities, we invite learning.
How does lifelong learning show up in your life?
What areas are you excited to learn more about?
When was the last time you had an unexpected learning experience?
Where there is learning, there is growth. And where there is growth, there is beautiful life.
